Gaico is a qualified attorney who specializes in media and entertainment.

Gaico has extensive knowledge and experience in entertainment such as film,television and theatre and online media and is involved in several online initiatives.

Because of his knowledge and experience in internet law, privacy law, and consumer law, Gaico is often asked to support online initiatives in digital media, including NFTs and Web3 applications.

He has experience with crowdsourcing, e-books, multi-channel networks, video-on-demand, and complex (film) financing on digital platforms.

Gaico is a member of the Copyright Law Association (VvA), the Media and Communication Law Association (VMC), the Advertising Law Association, the AI and Robot Rights Association the Privacy Law Association.

Erik is an experienced media and entertainment lawyer with foucs on music law.

He has worked in the legal profession and collective management orgasnities and has worked as a lawyer for a Dutch film producer.

Besides his law studies, Erik completed jazz piano (master) at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. He is active as a composer (a.o. for film and advertising) and performing musician (solo, accompanying and with his jazz trio).Partly because of his musical background, Erik is a specialist par excellence in the field of music law.
