We hold weekly consultation hour for starting creators, producers and start-ups. The consultation hours are held at our office in Amsterdam Centre at the Spuistraat 12B. A consultation takes 20 to 30 minutes on average. There are no costs involved, but please register in advance.

We provide free consultation to startups.
In out free consultation meeting, you can present your business plan and we can go over the legal hurdles that must be overcome and the legal aspects that must be considered.
Amongst those are privacy regulations, consumer law, and copyright on user-generated content on the Internet.
Potential investment models and various collaborations can also be discussed, like convertible loans, SAFE-notes, vesting schemes and the (im)possibility of the Dutch implementation of such US startup-schemes.
Questions that can be raised include: How do you deal with investors? How do you protect control in your company? Do you have to set up a limited liability company? What should be included in a shareholdersagreement?
